What if my cigars arrive damaged or over-dried?
Though rare due to our specialized packaging, should this occur, please photograph the items in their received condition and contact us immediately. We’ll arrange for replacement or refund, including complimentary return shipping if applicable.
Can I return opened cigar boxes or sampled products?
For health and quality reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened tobacco products. Exceptions are made only for items damaged during shipping or incorrect shipments from our end.
