Shipping Information

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer two shipping options to accommodate our global clientele:

  • Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx – Delivery within 10-15 business days after shipment
  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 via EMS – Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment

Note: We currently cannot ship to certain Asian countries and remote regions. Delivery times may vary slightly during peak seasons.

Returns & Exchanges

Your satisfaction is our priority. Should any product fail to meet your expectations, our refined returns process ensures a resolution worthy of our discerning clientele.

Eligibility

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of delivery for most products, provided they are:

  • In original, unopened packaging
  • In saleable condition (undamaged and unaltered)
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

To preserve product integrity and comply with tobacco regulations, the following cannot be returned:

  • Opened cigar products (including Cuban Cigars, Cohiba Cigars, Cuaba Cigars, and all other cigar varieties)
  • Used cigar accessories (Cigar Lighters, Cutters & Holders, Electric Humidor Humidifiers)
  • Personalized or engraved items from our Decanters & Silver Gifts collection
  • Digital products (Cigar Books in electronic format)

Return Process

  1. Initiate Your Return Request
    Contact our concierge team at [email protected] within 15 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Receive Return Authorization
    Our team will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions within 2 business days.
  3. Package Your Items
    Securely repackage items in original packaging with all protective materials. Include a copy of your invoice.
  4. Ship Your Return

    We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

Processing Your Return

Allow 3-5 business days for processing upon receipt. You’ll receive email confirmation when completed.

Refund Timeline & Methods

Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your return. The refund will be issued to your original payment method:

  • Credit Card/PayPal: 3-5 business days after processing (depending on your financial institution)
  • Bank Transfer: 5-10 business days for international transfers

Original shipping fees are non-refundable except in cases of incorrect or damaged items.

Exchange Process

For exchanges of equal value:

  • Follow the standard return process above
  • Indicate your desired replacement item in your initial request
  • We’ll ship your new item once the return is received

For exchanges of higher value, you’ll be invoiced for the difference after we receive your return.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive damaged or incorrect items:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide photos of the damaged product/incorrect item and packaging
  • We’ll arrange a prepaid return label if needed
  • Receive expedited replacement at no additional cost
